Guides and tips for using Playlist Manager
Getting started
After registration, an administrator assigns playlists per platform (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music). Open the music player overview and choose your platform.
Playing hours
Set your playing days and time window under Account settings. Automatic playback only runs during this period (random play 61–600 seconds, pause 0–600 seconds).
Platform players
Each platform uses public embeds – no developer account required. YouTube supports shuffle and repeat automatically; for Spotify and Apple Music, enable shuffle in the embed if needed.
Administrator
Administrators assign playlist IDs or URLs per user in the admin area and can adjust playing hours for users.
